Patient Transfers

To request to transfer a patient to our facility, call (504) 702-5700.


Patient Direct Admissions

To request a patient Direct Admit, call our Admission Nurse Team at (504) 702-2414 or 2412 and provide the patient’s demographic and clinical information. Our Admissions Team will facilitate an Admitting physician and assist in the admission process. For unstable or critical patients, please call 911 or instruct them to present to the nearest Emergency Department.
