The Spirit of Charity Foundation

Help someone when they need it the most

Our team is doing heroic work caring for all of us in the community. Our Wellness & Response Fund supports our staff, patients, and programs as we deal with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding provides healthcare workers with additional safety equipment, stress and psychological support and expands outreach, programs, and services that impact some of the hardest hit in our community.

Your gift to the Spirit of Charity Foundation goes toward work helping thousands at University Medical Center New Orleans and vital programs impacting our community. Providing care can be personal and your gift can:

  • Support friends that need medication financial relief, medical equipment, or transportation assistance to treatments.
  • Assist in furthering medical research that directly benefits families.
  • Ensure care for neighbors living with cancer, burns, HIV and other health challenges.

Your tax-deductible gift is truly impactful and will help bring these life-changing services to more in our community!
