The Spirit of Charity Foundation

Employee Giving

With a legacy nearly 300 years, our hospital delivers care to our community through a compassionate staff and an environment built from the ground up to provide healing to others. You help lay a solid foundation of support for those in our care by promoting health and wellness, caring for those marginalized by societal inequities, and standing tall during adversity.

Your tax-deductible support goes toward vital Foundation programs helping thousands of patients and our community. Any employee can participate by making a one time or recurring gift or LCMC staff can even sign up for payroll deduction.

PRIZES: All participants will be entered to win a coffee gift basket in the new year. The department that raises the most and the department that has the highest percentage of particpation can choose between either:

  • An exclusive department picnic lunch in the courtyard served by special guests.
  • A welcome to work event station at their department entrance for their team manned by special guests with coffee, juice, and snacks to help boost their day.

Thank you for giving a little extra care to our patients and continuing to provide exceptional patient-centered care to our community.
