Language Accommodations For Diverse Populations

Sign language and oral interpreters, Text Telephones (TTYs) and other appropriate auxiliary aids and services are available free of charge to people who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. For assistance, please contact the Communications Department at 504.702.3000. We also provide written information in alternative formats in a timely manner free of charge.

If you prefer to communicate with us in a language other than English, we will provide qualified interpreters and translation services in a timely manner free of charge. If you need these services, please contact any staff member or call 504.702.3000.

If you believe that we have failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with:
